Common Sense Leadership for Jackson County

Fighting for working families, safer neighborhoods, and real economic opportunity in Jackson County. It's time for a legislator who puts people first.

What Gresia Stands For

Fair Property Taxes

The 2023 reassessment blindsided Jackson County families with increases of up to 200%. Gresia will fight for transparent assessments, a senior property tax freeze, and real accountability for any vendor the county hires.

Financial Transparency

Residents deserve to know exactly where their tax dollars go. Gresia will push for a public taxpayer dashboard, competitive bidding on county contracts, and an end to no-bid deals.

Homeless Reduction

Homelessness in Jackson County is up 38% since 2019. Gresia will expand shelter capacity, fund mental health outreach, and address the root causes — including the tax hikes that are pushing families out of their homes.

Protecting Seniors

Seniors on fixed incomes cannot absorb sudden tax spikes. Gresia will introduce a property tax freeze for residents 65+ on Social Security and ensure no long-time homeowner loses their home to an inflated bill.

What KC Residents Say

"Had a brilliant chat at LaGuardia airport whilst I was traveling. Jackson County is hitting the jackpot with this one. She's effortless to talk to and actually gives a damn about people. If she was running over here in the UK, She'd have my vote tomorrow because our political scene is an absolute joke."
